Q. I am evaluating CopyNook and something goes wrong. Will it be fixed when I register my copy?
A. Please do not register unless you are completely satisfied with the program's performance.
If you are experiencing any problem, please contact us first. The registration itself
WILL NOT fix any problems that you might experience with CopyNook.
Q. I can not get images from my scanner/digital camera. What is wrong?
A. CopyNook does not work directly with scanners or digital cameras, as it is nearly impossible
to support all existing devices available on the market nowadays. This is why CopyNook relies on
TWAIN interface for all devices you work with. Try some another application that uses
your hardware: if it does not work, CopyNook will not work either.
Q. I can not get the software to register, any of the numbers that I use do not work.
A. Please enter both your registration name and code exactly as shown on your
receipt. The license code will not work with any name other than the one you have
registered with. For example, if you registered as John Smith, it will not work with
"John M. Smith" or "J. Smith"; only "John Smith" will do.
